For those individuals who wanted to apply for the residential houses, the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) had launched a residential scheme of independent houses (GNIDA Scheme Code BHS-15/2012) in Greater Noida on August 15, 2012.
In the GNIDA independent houses scheme BHS-15/2012, the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority had offered total 321 residential houses (including the reserved categories) to the applicants.
How to Apply in the GNIDA Independent Houses Scheme BHS-15
The application forms and brochures of the GNIDA independent houses scheme BHS-15 were available in the authorized branches of 18 banks in Uttar Pradesh and Delhi.

Please note that a person can apply in the current GNIDA independent houses scheme BHS-15/2012 only once. In case a person makes more than one application, the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority will reject all the applications of that person.
While preparing the list of the eligible applicants, the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority will consider only those applications, which are accompanied with the specified earnest money in the form of a Pay Order or a Demand Draft drawn in favor of the ‘Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority’ and drawn at Greater Noida, Noida, or Delhi.
