Reservation for Handicapped Persons in GNIDA Independent Houses Scheme BHS-15/2012

The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) had launched an independent houses scheme (GNIDA Scheme Code BHS-15/2012) in the different Sectors of Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh on August 15, 2012.
In the GNIDA independent houses scheme BHS-15/2012, the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority had offered total 321 residential houses for allotment to the various categories of applicants.
Allotment of a residential home in the GNIDA independent houses scheme BHS-15 shall be governed by the provisions contained in the Uttar Pradesh Industrial Area Development Act, 1976 (U.P. Act No. 6 of 1976).
Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority Independent Houses Scheme BHS-15: Handicapped Persons Reservation
As per Uttar Pradesh Government’s current reservation policy, 3% of the total number of residential houses were reserved for the Handicapped Persons in the GNIDA independent houses scheme BHS-15/2012.
Accordingly, the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority had reserved 9 houses for the Handicapped Persons Category applicants in the GNIDA independent houses scheme BHS-15.
After allotment of houses to the reserved categories, the remaining houses will be allotted to the persons registered under the General Category.

Allotment of a house in the GNIDA independent houses scheme BHS-15 to a Handicapped Person will be subject to fulfillment of the applicable eligibility terms and conditions. Horizontal Reservation for the Handicapped Category Applicants
Handicapped applicants will be given 3 percent horizontal reservation of the total residential houses available for allotment in the GNIDA independent houses scheme BHS-15.
A handicapped category applicant is required to attach a copy of his or her disability certificate with the application form.
In case a handicapped person fails to attach the disability certificate, issued by the competent authority, his or her application form will be deemed invalid and it will not be included in the lottery draw of lots for the GNIDA independent houses scheme BHS-15/2012.

Friday, September 14, 2012 was the last date for submission of application forms for the eligible Handicapped Persons Category applicants for the GNIDA independent houses scheme BHS-15/2012.
