The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) had launched a leasehold residential flats scheme (GNIDA Scheme Code BHS-15/2012) of 1 BHK, 2 BHK, and 3 BHK multistoried flats in Greater Noida on Wednesday, August 15, 2012.
In the GNIDA multistoried flats scheme BHS-15/2012, the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority was offering total 484 residential flats in the range of 30 square meters (10 four storey flats), 31 square meters (15 four storey flats), 32 square meters (44 three storey flats), 35.96 square meters (9 four storey flats), 40 square meters (11 four storey flats), 101.77 square meters (115 four storey flats), 120.78 square meters (190 four storey flats), 121.78 square meters (28 four storey flats), and 134.86 square meters (62 four storey flats).
All the residential flats in the GNIDA multistoried flats scheme BHS-15/2012 are in Greater Noida’s Sectors Beta-I, Chi-Phi, MU-I, MU-II, Omicron-I, Omicron-IA, Omicron–III, Swarn Nagri, XU-I, XU-III, and Zeta-I.
The last date for submission of application forms for the GNIDA multistoried flats scheme BHS-15 was on Friday, September 14, 2012.
