The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) had launched a residential scheme of multistoried flats (GNIDA Scheme Code BHS-15/2012) in Greater Noida on August 15, 2012.
The Construction Specifications of the GNIDA BHS-15 Flats
Foundation: Spread foundation in RCC isolated or combined, continuous wall footing with lean concrete and depth up to 1.2 meters below ground level
Super Structure: RCC Framed structure with filler walls in brick work or load bearing construction in brick masonry with intermediate columns where found necessary and internal partition half brick masonry in cement mortar 1.4
Window and Door Frames: Chalp or mirandi wood frames, pre-seasoned, termite proof, rebate, and shape as per drawings detail
Window Shutters: Mirandi wood glazed and wire-mesh shutters, pre-seasoned complete with spirit polish/enamel paint with all hardware fitting and stays as required
Main Door Shutters: Double door, one with iron grill with wire mesh mosquito-proof, and other 35 cm thick flush Door with teak finish
Other Doors Shutters: 30 mm thick ISI marked flush door shutter painted with enamel paint
Fittings Hardware: Powder coated aluminum
Peep Hole and Security Chain: Peep hole and security chain for external door only
Flooring in Rooms, Internal Circulation Area: Vitrified tiles confirming to BIS standard
Flooring in Kitchen: Anti skid ceramic tiles confirming to BIS standard
Flooring in Common Circulation Area and Staircase: Kota stone flooring and matching skirting and in staircase, single piece kota stone shall be used
Kitchen Work Top: Granite stone
Toilets: Ceramic tiles
Skirting or Dado: Ceramic glazed tiles up to door height
External Finishing: Tiles and textured paint combination
Internal Finishing: All walls and ceiling to be painted with a coat of acrylic and oil bound distemper except kitchen, bath and WC and all ceiling, will be done with white wash. Synthetic enamel paint on all grill-work and steel work
