For those individuals who wanted to apply for the HUDA residential plots, the Haryana Urban Development Authority had launched a freehold residential plots scheme in Sector-5, Rohtak in Haryana on January 6, 2012.
In the HUDA Rohtak Sector-5 plots scheme, the Haryana Urban Development Authority had offered total 450 freehold residential plots (excluding the handicapped and blind categories).
How to Apply in the HUDA Residential Plots Scheme Rohtak
The application forms and brochures of the HUDA residential plots scheme Rohtak were available in the authorized branches of seven banks in Haryana, Chandigarh, Punjab, and Delhi.
Please note that a person can apply in current HUDA Rohtak scheme only once. In case a person makes more than one application, HUDA will reject all the applications of that person and will deduct Rs. 1,000 (Rupees One Thousand) as a processing charge from the earnest money deposit before refunding the balance amount.
While preparing the list of the eligible applicants, the Haryana Urban Development Authority will consider only those applications, which are accompanied with the specified earnest money in the form of a cash receipt or a demand draft drawn in favor of the Estate Officer, HUDA, Rohtak.
