The Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA) had launched a 450 freehold residential plots scheme in Sector-5, Rohtak in Haryana on January 06, 2012.
As per Haryana Government’s current reservation policy, 71% of the total number plots in 1 Kanal, 14 Marla, 10 Marla, and 8 Marla and 46% of the total number of plots in 6 Marla, and 4 Marla plots category were reserved for the General Category individuals in the HUDA Rohtak plots scheme 2012. Accordingly, the Haryana Urban Development Authority had reserved 270 residential plots for the General Category applicants in Sector-5, Rohtak plots scheme.
Allotment of a residential plot in the HUDA Rohtak plots scheme 2012 to a General Category applicant will be subject to fulfillment of the applicable eligibility terms and conditions.
