The Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA) had launched a 450 freehold residential plots scheme in Sector-5, Rohtak in Haryana on January 06, 2012.
As per Haryana Government’s current reservation policy, 2% of the total number of plots in 1 Kanal, 14 Marla, 10 Marla, 8 Marla, 6 Marla, and 4 Marla plots category were reserved for the Haryana Police Dependents (dependents of the officers or officials of the Haryana Police killed in an action or encounter) in the HUDA Rohtak plots scheme 2012. Accordingly, the Haryana Urban Development Authority had reserved 9 residential plots for the Haryana Police Dependents in Sector-5, Rohtak plots scheme.
Allotment of a residential plot in the HUDA Rohtak plots scheme 2012 to a Dependent of the Haryana Police official or officer killed in an action or encounter will be subject to fulfillment of the applicable eligibility terms and conditions.
