For those individuals who want to apply for the HUDA residential plots, the Haryana Urban Development Authority has launched a freehold residential plots scheme (HUDA Scheme Code No. SC00000061) in Sector-14 (Part-II) and Sector-33 (Part-I), Hisar in Haryana on Thursday, May 09, 2013.
In the HUDA Hisar Sector-14 and Sector-33 plots scheme, the Haryana Urban Development Authority had offered total 2878 freehold residential plots (including the handicapped and blind categories).
How to Apply in the HUDA Hisar Freehold Residential Plots Scheme
The application forms and brochures of the HUDA Hisar residential plots scheme were available in the authorized branches of seven banks in Haryana, Chandigarh, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, and Delhi.
Please note that a person can apply in current HUDA Hisar residential plots scheme only once. In case a person makes more than one application, HUDA will reject all the applications of that person and will deduct Rs. 1,000 (Rupees One Thousand) as a processing charge from the earnest money deposit before refunding the balance amount.
While preparing the list of the eligible applicants, the Haryana Urban Development Authority will consider only those applications, which are accompanied with the specified earnest money in the form of a cash receipt or a demand draft drawn in favor of the Estate Officer, HUDA, Hisar.
