In RHB Rajsamand Govind Nagar duplex scheme, the Rajasthan Housing Board had offered total 31 MIG-A (Middle Income Group ‘A’) and MIG-B (Middle Income Group ‘B’) duplex houses of 90.19 square meters (plot area 72 square meters) and 185.03 square meters (plot area 162 square meters) super built-up area.
In RHB Rajsamand Govind Nagar duplex houses scheme, the Rajasthan Housing Board had offered 17 duplex for the Middle Income Group ‘A’ applicants having an income of Rs. 250,001 to Rs. 450,000, 14 duplex for the Middle Income Group ‘B’ applicants having an income of Rs. 450,001 to Rs. 600,000 in a Financial Year.
