For those individuals who wanted to apply for the residential flats, the Rajasthan Housing Board (RHB) had launched a residential scheme of multistoried flats (RHB Scheme Code: Indira Gandhi Nagar Scheme, Jaipur) in Indira Gandhi Nagar, Jaipur on December 19, 2014.
In the RHB Jaipur Indira Gandhi Nagar scheme, the Rajasthan Housing Board had offered total 352 residential flats (including the reserved categories) of 2 BHK to the applicants.
How to Apply in the RHB Jaipur Indira Gandhi Nagar Flats Scheme
The application forms and brochures containing detailed terms and conditions of the RHB Jaipur Indira Gandhi Nagar flats scheme were available in the authorized branches of Central Bank of India in Rajasthan.
The application form including brochure of the RHB Jaipur Indira Gandhi Nagar housing scheme was available on a payment of Rs. 700 (Rupees Seven Hundred Only) for LIG flats and Rs. 1,000 (Rupees One Thousand Only) for MIG-A flats at the counter of the authorized bank branches.
Alternatively, you can download the application form and the brochure of the RHB Jaipur Indira Gandhi Nagar residential scheme from the Rajasthan Housing Board website.
However, you would need to pay an additional amount of Rs. 700 for LIG flats and Rs. 1,000 for MIG-A flats, as the processing fees for the web downloaded application form with the initial registration money or earnest money deposit while applying in this scheme.
How to Apply Online for RHB Jaipur Indira Gandhi Nagar Flats Scheme
The Rajasthan Housing Board was accepting registration or booking for the RHB Jaipur Indira Gandhi Nagar flats scheme on its website through online mode only.
There is an online payment option available for submitting and depositing your application form for RHB Jaipur Indira Gandhi Nagar flats scheme. You will need to submit your application form along with Earnest Money Deposit using your Netbanking, Debit Card or Credit Card using payment gateway of Central Bank of India.
In the online payment option, applicants can also opt for making payments via NEFT or RTGS.
Please note that a person can apply in the current RHB Jaipur Indira Gandhi Nagar flats scheme only once. In case a person makes more than one application, the Rajasthan Housing Board will reject all the applications of that person.
While preparing the list of the eligible applicants, the Rajasthan Housing Board will consider only those applications, which are accompanied with the specified earnest money in the form of Netbanking, NEFT, RTGS, or a Demand Draft drawn in favor of the ‘Rajasthan Housing Board’ and drawn at Jaipur.
