In RHB Banswara Partapur housing scheme, the Rajasthan Housing Board had offered total 150 independent houses for EWS (Economically Weaker Section), LIG (Low Income Group), and MIG-A (Middle Income Group ‘A’) income group applicants.
In RHB Banswara Partapur residential houses scheme, the Rajasthan Housing Board had offered 55 residential houses of 33.824 square meters super built-up area (plot area 55 square meters) for the Economically Weaker Section applicants having an income of less than Rs. 100,001, 55 residential houses of 58.739 square meters super built-up area (plot area 96 square meters) for the Low Income Group applicants having an income of Rs. 100,001 to Rs. 250,000, and 40 residential houses of 65.499 square meters super built-up area (plot area 128 square meters) for the Middle Income Group ‘A’ applicants having an income of Rs. 250,001 to Rs. 450,000 in a Financial Year.

In RHB Banswara Partapur independent houses scheme, the Rajasthan Housing Board had offered residential flats at an allotment rate of Rs. 7,00,000 (Rupees Seven Lakh only) for each EWS house, Rs. 14,00,000 (Rupees Fourteen Lakh only) for each LIG house, and Rs. 18,50,000 (Rupees Eighteen Lakh Fifty Thousand only) for each MIG-A house.
