In Mahalaxmi Awasiya Parisar multistoried flats scheme, the Bhopal Development Authority had offered 40 multistoried flats of 1382.66 square feet super built up area, 40 multistoried flats of 1408.70 square feet super built up area, 120 multistoried flats of 1461.96 square feet super built up area, 40 multistoried flats of 1468.74 square feet super built up area, and 160 multistoried flats of 1737.41 square feet super built up area.
In the BDA Mahalaxmi Awasiya Parisar multistoried flats scheme, there were 240 residential flats of two BHK for the Middle Income Group (MIG) having a monthly income of less than Rs. 10,000 and 160 residential flats of two BHK for the Senior Middle Income Group (Sr. MIG) having a monthly income of more than Rs. 10,000.
