In JDA Jodhpur Vigyan Nagar housing scheme, the Jodhpur Development Authority had offered total 937 leasehold residential plots of 50 square yards (41.81 square meters), 100 square yards (83.61 square meters), 120 square yards (100.33 square meters), 138.61 square yards (116.12 square meters), 200 square yards (167.22 square meters), and 500 square yards (418.06 square meters) area for allotment to the different income groups applicants.

Out of total 937 residential plots available in the JDA Jodhpur Vigyan Nagar housing scheme, the Jodhpur Development Authority had offered 142 plots to the Lower Income Group ‘A’ (Economically Weaker Section or EWS) applicants who are having an income of less than Rs. 10,000 per month, 92 plots to the Lower Income Group ‘B’ (LIG-B) applicants having an income of Rs. 10,001 to Rs. 15,000 per month, 617 plots to the Middle Income Group (MIG) applicants having an income of Rs. 15,001 to Rs. 30,000 per month, and 86 plots to the Middle Income Group ‘B’ (MIG-B) applicants having an income of Rs. 45,001 to Rs. 65,000 per month.
The residential plots in JDA Jodhpur Vigyan Nagar housing scheme will be allotted on a leasehold basis for 99 years.
