Several public and private sector banks were financing the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) for the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority’s multistoried flats scheme BHS-16/2013 to the Indian citizens who want to apply for the residential flats in Greater Noida.
Currently, the different banks are charging 9.60 to 11.75 percent per annum as rate of interest for the GNIDA multistoried flats scheme BHS-16 in the Earnest Money Deposit Scheme.
In the Earnest Money Deposit Scheme, the banks offer total or 100% finance of the earnest money required to be deposited with the application form.
The application forms and brochures of the GNIDA multistoried flats scheme BHS-16 were available in the authorized branches of 17 banks in Uttar Pradesh and Delhi.
