The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) had refunded the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) to the unsuccessful applicants of GNIDA multistoried flats scheme BHS-16 in October 2013.
The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority had issued the refund orders for the registration money without interest through the nodal branch of the bank where the applicant has deposited his or her application form.
The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority had launched a residential scheme of 7215 multistory flats (GNIDA Scheme Code BHS-16/2013) in Greater Noida on April 02, 2013.
The last date of booking or registration for the GNIDA multistoried LIG flats scheme BHS-16/2013 was on May 02, 2013.
The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority had announced result of the lottery draw for the GNIDA multistoried residential flats scheme BHS-16/2013 on Monday, September 02, 2013.

If your application form number is not found in the list of the successful applicants for the GNIDA multistoried flats scheme BHS-16/2013, you should contact the concerned bank (where you filed your application form for this scheme) with your acknowledgment receipt for the status of your earnest money refund.
The designated bank were responsible for the dispatch of refund cheques to the unsuccessful applicants.
