GNIDA Multistoried Flats Scheme BHS-16/2013 – Ownership and Possession of the Allotted Flat

Greater Noida (Uttar Pradesh, India), October 28, 2015

The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) had launched a leasehold multistoried flats scheme (GNIDA Scheme Code BHS-16/2013) in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh on April 02, 2013.

The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority will offer possession of the flats to the successful applicants within a period of two years from the date of issue of allotment letter.

Execution and Registration of Lease Deed

The allottee will be required to enter into legal documentation (execution and registration of lease deed) and take possession of the multistory flat within 60 days from the date of offer of possession or intimation to do so.

In the event of failure to take possession of the multistoried flat within the stipulated period, the allottee shall be liable to pay administrative charges at the rate of 1% of the total premium for the extension of one year from the due date given for the execution of legal documents.

If the allottee fails to execute the required legal documents within extended time, the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority will cancel the allotment and forfeit the deposited money.

Payment of the Documentation Charges

The allottee of multistory flat will bear the cost and expenses of preparation, stamping, and registering of the legal documents and its copies and all other incidental expenses.

The allottee will also pay the stamp duty of transfer of immovable property levied or any other duty or charge that may be levied by any authority for the said flat.

Transfer of Multistory Flat

The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority will allow transfer of your multistory flat to a legal heir or other than the legal heir, subject to the fulfillment of prescribed conditions.

1. Transfer of Multistory Flat to the Legal Heirs: The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority will allow transfer of your multistoried flat to a legal heir with prior permission of the Chief Executive Officer or any officer authorized by CEO in this regard.

2. Transfer of Multistory Flat to Other Than the Legal Heirs: The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority will allow transfer of your multistoried flat to other than a legal heir with prior permission of the Chief Executive Officer or any officer authorized by CEO in this regard.

The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority will consider such transfer of multistory flat on payment of prescribed transfer charges and fulfillment of the legal conditions as decided by the Chief Executive Officer. The Chief Executive Officer of GNIDA shall have the power to reject or accept such request.

The Last Date for Submission of Application Forms

The last date for submission of application forms for the GNIDA multistoried LIG flats scheme BHS-16/2013 was on May 02, 2013.
