7. Plaster: 1.6 (1 Cement: 6 coarse sand)
8. Flooring: Tiles
9. Roof Treatment: Brick Coba
10. Door and Windows frame: M.S. angle iron with M.S. grills
11. M.S. Railing in stair case
12. Door Shutter: 30 mm thick flush door shutters (Only outer 2 doors)
13. Interior finishing: White washing 3 coat, synthetic enamel paint on doors and windows
14. Exterior Finishing: Grit washed
15. Water supply: CPVC pipe
