Applicable Categories for the YEIDA Multistoried Flats Scheme BHS-01/2013

The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) had launched a multistoried residential flats scheme (YEIDA Scheme Code BHS-01/2013) of 29.76 square meters in Sector-18 of Yamuna Expressway (UP).
In the YEIDA multistoried flats scheme BHS-01/2013, the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority had offered total 4425 multistory residential LIG flats for allotment to the various categories of applicants.
Allotment of the leasehold flats in the YEIDA multistoried residential flats scheme BHS-01 shall be governed by the provisions contained in the Uttar Pradesh Industrial Area Development Act, 1976 (U.P. Act No. 6 of 1976) and the Rules and Regulations framed there under and as amended from time to time.
Accordingly, the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority had reserved a number of flats for the certain categories of persons in the YEIDA multistoried residential flats scheme BHS-01/2013. The reservation existed for various categories of people.

There were six applicable categories of applicants eligible for the YEIDA multistoried residential flats scheme BHS-01/2013. These are –

2. Institutional Units
3. Farmers or Land Oustees
4. Handicapped Persons
5. Scheduled Castes
6. Scheduled Tribes
