In the YEIDA multistoried flats scheme BHS-01/2013, the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority had offered total 4425 residential flats (including the reserved categories) of 1 BHK to the applicants.

The application forms and brochures of the YEIDA multistoried flats scheme BHS-01/2013 were available in the authorized branches of 16 banks (Allahabad Bank, Axis Bank Limited, Bank of Baroda, Bank of India, Bank of Maharashtra, HDFC Bank Limited, ICICI Bank Limited, Indian Bank, Indian Overseas Bank, IndusInd Bank Limited, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Oriental Bank of Commerce, Punjab and Sind Bank, Punjab National Bank, State Bank of India, and Vijaya Bank Limited) in Uttar Pradesh and Delhi.

Please note that a person can apply in the current YEIDA multistoried flats scheme BHS-01/2013 only once. In case a person makes more than one application, the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority will reject all the applications of that person.
While preparing the list of the eligible applicants, the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority will consider only those applications, which are accompanied with the specified earnest money in the form of a Pay Order or a Demand Draft drawn in favor of the ‘Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority’ and drawn at Greater Noida, Noida, or Delhi.
