The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) had launched a residential scheme of 7215 multistoried LIG flats (YEIDA Scheme Code BHS-01/2013) in Sector-18.

Several public and private sector banks were financing the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) for the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority’s multistoried flats scheme BHS-01/2013 to the Indian citizens who wanted to apply for the residential flats in Yamuna Expressway.
The different banks were charging 9.60 to 11.75 percent per annum as rate of interest for the YEIDA multistoried flats scheme BHS-01 in the Earnest Money Deposit Scheme.
In the Earnest Money Deposit Scheme, the banks offer total or 100% finance of the earnest money required to be deposited with the application form.
The application forms and brochures of the YEIDA multistoried flats scheme BHS-01 were available in the authorized branches of 16 banks in Uttar Pradesh and Delhi.
