Applicable Reservation Categories for the YEIDA Yamunotri Housing Scheme BHS-04/2014

The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) had launched a residential scheme (YEIDA Scheme Code BHS-04/2014) of 1 BHK and 2 BHK multistoried flats in Sector-22A of Yamuna Expressway (UP).
In the YEIDA Yamunotri Housing Scheme BHS-04/2014, the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority had offered total 2862 multistory residential flats for allotment to the various categories of applicants.
Allotment of a leasehold flat in the YEIDA Yamunotri Housing Scheme BHS-04/2014 shall be governed by the provisions contained in the Uttar Pradesh Industrial Area Development Act, 1976 (U.P. Act No. 6 of 1976) and the Rules and Regulations framed there under and as amended from time to time.
Accordingly, the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority had reserved a number of flats for the certain categories of persons in the YEIDA multistoried residential flats scheme BHS-04/2014. The reservation existed for various categories of people.
