The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) had launched a residential scheme of 2862 multistoried flats (YEIDA Scheme Code BHS-04/2014) in Sector-22A, Yamuna Expressway on October 23, 2014.
The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority had allotted residential flats to the applicants of YEIDA Yamunotri Housing Scheme BHS-04/2014 through a lottery draw of lots.
Allotment of a flat in the YEIDA multistoried flats scheme BHS-04/2014 will be subject to fulfillment of certain terms and conditions.

YEIDA Yamunotri Housing Scheme BHS-04/2014 – Terms and Conditions for the Allotment of Flats
The applicant applying for a residential flat under YEIDA multistoried flats scheme BHS-04/2014 shall have to deposit the applicable Registration Money or Earnest Money Deposit.
The Registration Money or Earnest Money Deposit is to be paid by a Single Banker’s Cheque or Demand Draft of any bank drawn in favour of Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority payable at Greater Noida, Noida, Delhi, or New Delhi.
The last date of booking or registration for the YEIDA multistoried flats scheme BHS-04/2014 was on January 31, 2015.
The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority was to hold the lottery draw of lots for the YEIDA multistoried flats scheme BHS-04/2014 before March 31, 2015.
On allotment of a flat, the allottee shall be informed of the dues payable for the allotted flat through a letter.
If due to any force majeure or such circumstances beyond the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority’s control, the Authority is unable to make allotment or give possession of the allotted multistory flat to an allottee, the entire registration money or earnest money deposit will be refunded to the applicant.
