YEIDA Yamunotri Housing Scheme BHS-04/2014 – Misuse, Additions, or Alteration of the Flat

The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) had launched a residential scheme of multistoried flats (YEIDA Scheme Code BHS-04/2014) in Sector-22A on October 23, 2014.
The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (the lessor) will not allow the allottee (lessee) to use the multistory flat for any purpose other than residential.
Also, the allottee shall not be entitled to divide the multistoried flat or amalgamate it with any other flat or flats without the prior written permission of Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) or any other officer authorized by the CEO in this regard.
In case of violation of the above conditions, allotment shall be liable to be cancelled and the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority shall take possession of the premise along with structures thereon, if any.
