The Patiala Urban Planning and Development Authority (PDA) had launched a 210 freehold residential plots scheme (PDA Scheme Code PDA Enclave Dhuri) in PDA Enclave, Dhuri (District Sangrur) in Punjab on June 03, 2015.
As per Punjab Government’s current reservation policy, 54% of the total number of plots in 150 square yards, 200 square yards, 250 square yards, 300 square yards, 325 square yards, 350 square yards, 400 square yards, and 450 square yards plots category are reserved for the General Category individuals in the PDA Enclave Dhuri plots scheme.
Accordingly, the Patiala Urban Planning and Development Authority had reserved 118 plots for the General Category applicants in PDA Enclave Dhuri freehold residential plots scheme.
