The Amritsar Development Authority (ADA) had launched a 428 freehold residential plots scheme (ADA Amritsar Scheme Code: Aero City Plots Scheme) in Aero City, Amritsar in Punjab on May 18, 2015.
As per Punjab Government’s current reservation policy, 4% of the total number of plots in 150 square yards, 175 square yards, 200 square yards, 225 square yards, 250 square yards, 275 square yards, and 300 square yards plots category are reserved for the serving and retired defence personnel (Indian Army, Indian Navy, and Indian Air Force personnel) and paramilitary forces individuals including their war-widows in the ADA Amritsar Aero City plots scheme.
Accordingly, the Amritsar Development Authority had reserved 18 plots for the defence personnel and paramilitary forces in ADA Amritsar Aero City freehold residential plots scheme.

Allotment of a residential plot in the ADA Amritsar Aero City scheme to an Indian Army, Indian Navy, Indian Air Force Personnel or Paramilitary Forces applicant will be subject to fulfillment of the applicable eligibility terms and conditions.
Eligibility Conditions for the Defence Personnel and Paramilitary Forces for ADA Amritsar Aero City Scheme
The applicant under serving and retired defence personnel, paramilitary forces, and war widows category must be a resident of Punjab only as defined by State Government or has been residing in Punjab for the last five years.
The applicant under defence personnel, paramilitary forces, and war widows category must not have availed benefit of allotment of an apartment, flat, built-up house, or a residential plot under any reserved category in any scheme of any Government agency anywhere in the Punjab state.
Eligibility Certificate for the Defence Personnel and Paramilitary Forces for ADA Amritsar Aero City Scheme
In case of serving and retired defence personnel and paramilitary forces, including war-widows of these categories, a valid certificate specifying the eligibility of the applicant under this category issued by the Deputy Director District Sainik Welfare Board is required.
Affidavit to be Submitted by the Defence Personnel and Paramilitary Forces Category Applicants
All the serving and retired defence personnel and paramilitary forces, including war-widows applicants will have to submit an affidavit on a non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 25, attested by the Executive Magistrate or Notary Public (as per the specimen format given in the scheme brochure).
