The Uttar Pradesh Avas Evam Vikas Parishad (UPAVP) had launched a built-up houses scheme (UPAVP Scheme Code Majhola Yojna No. 4, Part 2) in Sector-6, 7, 10, 11 and Sector-12, Moradabad on September 25, 2012.

In UPAVP Moradabad Majhola housing scheme, the Uttar Pradesh Housing and Development Board (Uttar Pradesh Avas Evam Vikas Parishad) was offering built-up houses of 40 to 300 square meters plot area.
In the UPAVP Moradabad Majhola residential scheme, there were total 278 built-up houses of one BHK, two BHK, and three BHK available for the allotment.
